Hello
Job Application
Please can you advise which questions apply to me:- I declared myself bankrupt in 2008, and will have been Discharged 2 years in May 2011. Not sure which question applies to me?
I was out of work and still am) so never had any IVA as was on Jobseekers! Am now in my 50's still with no work and in rented accommodation.
Questions: Have you any convictions cautions or pending court cases?

Have you ever had any county court judgments IVA or are in arrears with financial agreements?

Many thanks Angie

The first question is to do with criminal proceedings so unless you have anything pending you can truthfully answer no.

Not sure about the second one as it doesn't mention bankruptcy but as it will still be on your file until six years have passed the company may well do a credit check depending upon the position you're applying for.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.

You can answer truthfully and say that you have NOT been in an IVA and are not in arrears with financial commitments.

good luck
