Am I liable for Council tax prior to the bankruptcy date, even though the Council were unaware of my house details until after that date?

As far as I am aware any debts pre BR are included. Hopefully one of the experts can confirm.

im not sure what you are saying,

are you saying that you moved in and did not inform the council that you were resident?
