morning all,
a couple of quesions...

1. i have just started a new part time job this monday ( 5th ) and on SOA its asking for montly take home pay, tax and NI but i dont yet know these as i wont get paid til the last working day of every month....................so what should i write in there ??

2. Q.6.6 then asks if you are in reciept of any benefits, i recieve at the moment, child tax credit, carers allowance, child benefit, and disability living allowance ( for my child ) is this where i should list them all ???
But the amount for CTC will change now with me working, and i will eventually loose the CA because i will be earning more than the allowed limit..............so what should i put here ???

also should they all be listed in the one info box and added together ???

Hi Jo,

1. Just write "unknown". when questioned by the court or the OR, you can explain that you've just started the job and don't know.
2. Best to list evrything that is current at the date of your BR. You can then explain to the OR during your interview how things will be changing.
