hi,

can anyone tell me what happens to money received in compensation for a personal injury whilst bankrupt, how is the compensation treated.

Hi

any sums you receive from such a claim you will keep.
If any proportion of the payout was untended to compensate for lost earnings (income) this would be claimed by the OR.
