Hi and welcome to the forum.

I'm really sorry to hear what's happening.

How much is your debt altogether?

Depending on the amount and your circumstances, you may not need to declare bankruptcy.

Please post back or make an appointment at your local CAB or speak to a debt advisor, you need to know what your options are and how to move forward.

Welcome from me as well.

Sound advice from Viki - give her a call for some free advice. It may help you to get out of this downward spiral.

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
