Just looked on the link that Pix posted and it says £280 housekeeping for 1 adult and two children! Thats insane, I couldnt live on that.
Anyone else been in my circumstances and asked for more than this?

Hi all,
Our OR allowed us £350 for 2 adults! I'd put £420 and he lowered it, but was quite happy with that. I would put a realistic amount in this day and age which will allow room for negociation. I wouldn't put a figure too low cos then you might struggle. Good Luck!

I was planning on putting £380 because that is what I spend on food etc. I dont eat steak every night, but things like washing powder and loo rolls really bump it up!
