Posted - 22 March 2008 : 16:58:37 Hi I have downloaded and printed the bankruptcy petition forms and am finding it hard to get to grips with them.
Is there a webgude to help with the questions and also i noticed you can fill out these forms online so is there any advantage to completing the forms online.
Thanks

Don't worry too much about filling out the shorter 6.27 form. This is legal jargon which the clerks will help you with in the court when you submit your petition. Concentrate on filling out the 6.28 statement of affairs form as best you can, honest and as detailed as possible. Remember, the examiner at OR will go through the forms with you when you have your face to face or, more likely, telephone interview a while later.

What is it you are having difficulty with?
Let me know and I will try to help.
As far as income and expenditure goes there is a great guide to this on the forum. If you go to the home page of the forum then to income payment agreements and orders all you will need to know is in there read through them as the information is detailed and will help you with this particular section.
