Posted - 30 March 2008 : 14:40:02 you have to set up a limited company to buy a property in bulgaria if i,m a bankrupt could i still do this or does it follow me around for ever or is there anywhere you can go and start again,,if in the future i could save enough money to buy a small property in bulgaria would anyone come after it in the future

You cannot act as a director of a limited company whilst bankrupt, so this will generally last for one year from the date of the bankruptcy order. If you are already bankrupt, where would the money be coming from the buy the property in the first place?
