We have been BR for 6 months now and have just reved a letter from the OR explaining that we may be given an early discharge, can anyone explain what this means as I haven't got a clue? we have been asked to fill out another expenditure form as well.
Kind regards

In an easy of way of saying this is that the OR has finished looking at your case and has nothing else they need to do with it, they are happy and want to close their file so to speak. You need to fill out the I&E sheet to show that nothing has changed for example if your not paying an IPA or if you are then this might change amounts to them or attract one if your income has gone up otherwise they require you to sign the form send the letters requested back and providing the creditors have no objections you should discharged in about 6 weeks or so. Well done you!
