How about in commercial property case where, the Lease holder did not pay his rent for certain time. Then the landlord took court action against the tenant. The Debtor not appearing ANd UPON reading the evidence. And the court being satisfied that the EC Regulation does apply and that these proceedings are MAIN proceedings as defined in Article 3 of the EC Regulation. Then a bankruptcy order was made against an individual on the 18 December 2007. However, We need your Bankruptcy Experts advice regarding this particular issues. Thank you for your time.

Hi lepr

You mean that a bankruptcy order has been made against you for the non-payment of rent. You are quoting standard wording from a bankruptcy order.

Are you aware that you are bankrupt? And, if so, what specific advice are you seeking?
