Hi kerryann

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, title to the goods you have purchased passes on delivery unless otherwise referred to in the contract of supply, so I feel it is very unlikely that anyone will seek to repossess items which are probably not worth much second hand.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
