Hi s5 and welcome to the forum

If you have explored all options, and have decided that bankruptcy is the best one, the quickest way to deal with this is to make an appointment with your local court to hear your application as quickly as possible. There is a cost of £495 to make the application, which these days has to be paid in cash - and in the meantime continue to advise your creditors that this is your intention and politely that there is no point in hassling you further.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
