I am in debt with Barclaycard for just over £20k, this was originally over £35k so have managed to pay off a huge lump. I have today received a default notice - what else an I do now. In the meantime I have requested a copy of my original signed credit card agreement and also a subject access report (to be posted today) as someone said I should do this, what further steps can I take ?

What is it you wish to achieve with your debts?
Are you looking at Bankruptcy?
