we are on income support and my husband and i have no alternative to file for bankrupcy, please could you tell me the cost for us both? i understand we may get a reduction
how on earth can we get the money together to go br in the farst place?? any ideas anyone?

Hi Kerryann,

As you claim income support you would be entitled to the £150 reduction each which as Paul says is the Court part of the fee.

Hi there

the fee for each person is 495

this is made up 345 ( Official receivers deposit)
and 150 for court fee.

You may qualify for a reduced fee depending upon income and benefits claimed - you could qualify for up to 150 each ( the court fee)
