Posted - 14 April 2008 : 15:22:30 Hi again
I have filled in the BR form and there are a few things I need clarifying. 1. Against the credit card debts - I can't for the life of me remember the original debt - at the time credit card companies were falling over themselves to give me a card. Some I did balance transfers with but I can't remember back to 2002/2003 which ones. At the end of the day the debt I can't pay back are for day to day living - food, fuel bills - is it ok just to put that? 2. We did use them when we got married (2004)and had the car vandalised but I can't remember which card, how much exactly and have no statements/receipts to prove it. 3. My husband put his car in my name last year for insurances purposes - do I put this on the BR form or wait to see if the OR queries it when they do DVLA check? Again I have no proof as such - other than my no claims bonus is much better than his!!! 4. Cash in hand - is this literally the money I have on me or does it mean bigger sums of cash people may have knocking around if they have businesses for example.
Finally - Brett - I think I missed your call earlier. Can you give me a call tomorrow (Tuesday) after 1.30pm - just need to read through a bit on the form - see if it is right!!!
Thanks all x
