Posted - 29 April 2008 : 21:29:39 will i need to provide credit card statements. as when i entered my iva i sent most of them to the company, then threw the rest away. once i go bankrupt will the or be able to get them.

Posted - 30 April 2008 : 00:18:59 Not necessarily if the bankruptcy is the result of a failed IVA. The Trustee can get copies from your IVA supervisor if they need to see anything.
