how long is rasonable between telling creditors that you plan to go br,i have a dmp at the moment but they have paid the agreed amount to at least one creditor (only been told of one so far but suspect i will hear from a few more in the next few days) have decided that br is my only option but will need time to save the fees am living on benefits and trying to save even the reduced fee will take a good couple of months and in the mean time will have the phone ringing night and day chasing me for money i just cannot pay how do i explain to them to leave me alone and i will file asap. i cannot sleep with worry and do not know where to turn.

Just tell them that you will be going bankrupt, when you have the money available to pay for the Court fee - but if they want to be really helpful to you and make you bankrupt that would save the wait.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
