Posted - 25 May 2008 : 22:21:25 hi do you have to fill a form in before you go to court for the reduced fee if your on benifits or can you take a letter in of what you claim i didnt know you had to fill a form in for it. they didnt say anythink on the phone when i rung up for the br forms. as im in court on thursday first thing at 9am and want to make sure ive got everythink in order before i go. i carnt download them as i dont have a printer, if i ring up for them i might not get them in time, any help plz thanx aa |

Posted - 25 May 2008 : 22:30:55 My local Court just requires you to take evidence of your benefits which must not be older than three months prior to the application, but I gather some Courts require a form to be filled out.
