Hi Toon Army and welcome to the forum.

Whilst allowances for expenditure in bankruptcy are far more reasonable and realistic than in an IVA, there are certain things that the OR may have an issue with here.

hair 50
clothing and footwar 100
birthdays christmas etc 60
contingency fund for emergencies 50
holidays 80

I would suggest you re-evaluate this expenditure. Bear in mind that you are allowed a disposable income before the OR wil look at an IPA/IPO, so this should more than cover your contingency fund at least.

Regards

Hi toon army - just a couple of questions

Are you both going BR?

Are these expenses for all four adults?

Hey toon army, welcome to the forum. Vicki, who is an expert on bankruptcy has just posted her expenditure on the post entitled "keeping creditors at bay", have a little look. I'm sure an expert will be along shortly to advise you too. Viki X
