Posted - 07 May 2008 : 08:31:53 Hi everyone,
I'm meeting the OR tomorrow. But I have paid my debts and wish to apply for an annullment. Does anybody know how to complete form 7.2 and the affadavit for the court hearing? Or a website with some examples of exactly what to enter in the spaces?
Hope you guys & girls can help pls.

All payments need to be made prior to the annulment. It would depend on the work done by the OR as to their costs have a chat with them regarding this tomorrow.
With regard to your other post what is the basis of your questions for them?
Posted - 07 May 2008 : 12:34:50 Excellent. Many thanks.
Does the OR expect payment before submission of the annulment forms to the court? what cost would this be? I've scarely heard poss £1.7k! Is a discount available for resolving this asap? (I note their is a charge of £390 for OR costs on the solicitors petition for costs aswell!)
I've also had agreement with the petitioners solicitors for the annullment if I pay their costs. Do these also have to be settled prior? & what rights have I got to question their costs?
....& this all happened because I was given the wrong hearing date by the court (via telephone) and the hard copy was never received. ;-(

Welcome to the forum,
If all your debts have been paid you will require a report from the OR agreeing to the Annulment and that they are satisfied that the debts have been paid, you may also have to pay the trustee's fee to the Insolvency Service prior to this.
I suggest you have your meeting with the OR you will find them very helpful and if they are happy with the Annulment they will more than likely give you a hand filling out the paperwork, If not see how the meeting goes and then may I suggest you contact one of the Bankruptcy Specialists through our experts page and they will be able to give you advice on filling these in.
