Hi,
I'm 20 years old and about £8500 in debt. I earn just over £700 a month. I live with my parents, and pretty much have no assests of any value which I possess. Hi there

Suggest that you speak to Andrew Graveson from Bright Oak - he is an expert on the IVA.co.uk forum.

I suspect that he will be able to find a workable solution for you through this difficulty.
I have put a link to his web page below.

He and his team will do a great job for you. Give him a call and have a chat

I suggest that you seek professional advice about your options. It is difficult to say whether you would have to pay any monthly contributions, and all of your debts would be discharged if you were to be bankrupted - but that would be a pretty extreme thing to do with such low debts.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
