Hi
Both my husband and I were made BR on 7th April, OR meeting was OK although not heard anything yet from them so don't know if we are being asked to pay anything, we owed EON £600 which we made an arrangment with them to pay a monthly amount of £187, we advised the OR of this so that they can include it in our expenditure, Eon cancelled the DD without notifying us, we then asked for a payment card as we needed to start paying them, this never arrived, today we received a letter stating that the full amount is now required in full before it is sent to a Debt Collection agency, my question is after waffeling on can I now pass this debt to my OR and have it included in my overall debts? if so what then happens to my Eon account?
Look forward to any advice on this one. |

Surely this debt is included in your bankruptcy, so you should not have to pay anything now.
