Posted - 10 May 2008 : 20:12:54 I incured a debt through an overwages by my previous NHS hospital employer.They refused an IVA,issued a CCJ and awaiting attachment of earning order.If i go bankrupt can the NHS still get the money through an attachment of earning even after bankrupcy.I work in the NHS but not the same hospital.apprecaite your help

I suspect we have already spoken but to confirm the attachment of earnings order would be supersceeded by the bankruptcy .
