Posted - 11 May 2008 : 10:48:51 When I had my OR interview I explained I was in the process of getting divorced and asked if this would be taken into account with my IPA etc because of the costs involved, the OR I spoke was not sure and is referring it to a senior OR official. Does anyone her know if I can claim for divorce costs or not, the problem being I cant say how much it will cost until it is finished.
