Posted - 13 May 2008 : 21:39:34 I had the OR fax a letter of freezing the account and permitting it to be used again all in the same letter. Nationwide B/society have a "No Score Flex account" and that gives you no cheque book, debit cards etc but I can bank online and use D/debits once they have let me know officially that they will keep me as a customer.

Posted - 13 May 2008 : 20:38:01 Hi
I would hope the OR will write to the Co-op and say they have no interest in the account so you can continue to use it. Sure an expert will be along to confirm that.
