Can anyone tell what the differences are between being made bankrupt by someone else and making yourself bankrupt

Hi Tess,

None particularly, except you save £495 and you won't have to attend the court if a creditor petitions for your Bankruptcy.

It depends on the pressure you are reviving from all your creditors and the timescales for one of your creditors to actually go this far
