Posted - 14 May 2008 : 18:32:12 I have been accepted for Cashminder account but did not know this prior to petitioning for Br so could not include this on my SOA I still do not have any account no's or cards can I start using this as soon as they come through without informing the OR.

Yes this is fine they were not a creditor within the Bankruptcy and the account was not fully open yet.
