You can continue to trade with the trustee's permission and only in the name with which you have been trading prior to Bankruptcy.
There is no limit to what you can earn, however the principles of the Income Payment Order/Agreement would apply if you income were to exceed your expenditure
Posted - 16 May 2008 : 14:04:49 you can still trade but inland revenue will give you a new ref number,any tax rebates that may be due the trustee will take of you,there was no limits of earnings playst on me good luck
