Posted - 16 May 2008 : 12:00:34 I had my telephone interview at the beginning of the week. How long should Ihold my breath to see what they will allow or not and when can I say "This is how it will be!" for the year or however long before discharge? I'm concerned about my I+E's. When do I know if they have been accepted as they are?

Posted - 16 May 2008 : 20:25:32 Thanks Brett. Looks like a few months on tenterhooks for Vicki and me!! I can't see my situation changing much in the next months so, hopefully, I'll get early news or no news.

Posted - 16 May 2008 : 19:50:33 Hi Guys,
You will usually here from them fairly quickly if it is clear there is going to be an IPO/IPA, however they can take up to twelve months if they so which.
It would depend on any changes in your circumstances during the twelve months.
Posted - 16 May 2008 : 14:16:17 I am in just the same situation pedaldog! My phone interiew was last Friday - my examiner said she would have my details for about a week before she handed them over to a case worker. At that point I think she will have written the report that goes to the OR and creditors. Don't think we get to see it. She said that there would be no contact unless she needed further info. So does that mean no contact whatsoever?? I am going for the "no news is good news" approach!!
