I AM READY TO FILE A BANKRUPTCT PETITION BUT HAVE TECHNICAL QUESTION I BOUGHT MY MOTHER A PLASMA TV AS A GIFT OF MY CATOLOUGE BUT MY QUESTION IS CAN THIS BE TAKEN AWAY FROM FROM PARENTS BECAUSE THE DEBT WILL BE IN THE PETITION

If the OR feels that your spending was reckless, in context with your overall financial position it is possible that they will ask for the TV to be recovered and sold, but I would think this is unlikely as second hand plasma TVs are not really worth very much once they have been recovered. You will be asked whether you felt the purchase was wise, and need to be prepared to answer that point.
