Posted - 18 May 2008 : 17:46:57 i am in the process of filling in the statement of affairs form online however i do not know where i would put my iva case number, also i no longer have any of my creitors account numbers and adresses. do i just submit the form with out these details and just figures??

Posted - 18 May 2008 : 19:34:54 A copy of your IVA proposal ought to include all of the account numbers, but do not worry too much about this as the OR can get copies from the former Supervisor.

Posted - 18 May 2008 : 19:26:51 I too am Br after a failed IVA - I wrote my IVA case number on the SOA form with in section 1. The clerk at the court wanted this number to link my IVA papers with the BR ones. No harm in writing in on the form - will help the OR as well. The OR will contact your IVA company as matter of course. I didn't have any statements or loan forms to give the OR and am sure if you list as much information as you have about each debt the OR will get the rest from the IVA paperwork or the companies direct.

Posted - 18 May 2008 : 18:44:25 i just looked at my chairmans report an there is only names no acct numbers, i don't know what to do now. As i have a failed iva will they be able to provide the info to the o/r about my acct numbers i also ord my credit report and i don't have the numbers on that either. what shoul i do

Posted - 18 May 2008 : 18:15:54 I don't think I put my IVA case number on the SOA. Have you still got your chairman's report from the IVA? Mine listed all my creditors and the account numbers.
