This is being heard in court today, should I have received any paperwork before this hearing,as I havent received anything including a statutory demand? What will happen at the hearing,am I likely to be made bankrupt today? Thank you for your help

There is no requirement for a statutory demand on a Supervisor's petition, although you should have been served with a Certificate of Non-Compliance of Default Notice prior to the hearing. Unless you objected to the Order, it is fairly likely that you will now be bankrupt, and the Official Reciever will make contact with you over the next couple of days.
