Posted - 04 June 2008 : 12:01:36 Hi Emily Have you looked into this as I am very Interested in moving to perth, I was uncertain about emigrating as I didnt know if when we decided to buy abroad I would be blocked because of the Bankruptcy on my name. Do they have the same checks as here?

Yes you will. Bankruptcy does not restrict you from moving abroad.
