Posted - 06 June 2008 : 10:10:52 Hi Henry,
If you've been discharged from BR and not subject to an IPO/IPA, then yes you can win the lottery and there's nothing the OR can do. Be a bit of a kick in the pants to win it now when it would have helped a lot more 18 months ago :)
Posted - 06 June 2008 : 07:13:37 Good news henrytc! I will let one of the BR assist experts respond to you before you rush out and buy a lottery ticket.
Once discharged you are nolonger held under the restrictions of BR, your credit record is still affected for the remainder of the six years, but other restrictions are ended.
Hang on for another expert to clarify about your home.
