I have just been mooching around the insolvency service site to see if my IVA has been "upgraded" to BR.... and I've gone!
So I had a search on the London Gazette and I don't appear to be there either!
Anyone got any idea why I would disappear!
Do you think my court order for it not to go in the local press is the reason, or will I reappear on both sites at some point?

The strange thing is its still showing me as IVA not BR. The court is in the same county but not the one I used for either???

You will always get a different case number, but should only have a different Court if you have moved location.

I found myself!
I have been moved to a totally different court with a different case number!
Now explain that one!

Hi Vicki,
Your BR will appear on the Insolvency Register, but it will in all likelihood take a little time to update. Relax, your name will be up in lights sooner or later :)
