Posted - 09 June 2008 : 10:21:18 I have just been mooching around the insolvency service site to see if my IVA has been "upgraded" to BR.... and I've gone! So I had a search on the London Gazette and I don't appear to be there either! Anyone got any idea why I would disappear!
Do you think my court order for it not to go in the local press is the reason, or will I reappear on both sites at some point?

Posted - 11 June 2008 : 06:58:27 The strange thing is its still showing me as IVA not BR. The court is in the same county but not the one I used for either???

Your BR will appear on the Insolvency Register, but it will in all likelihood take a little time to update. Relax, your name will be up in lights sooner or later :)
