Posted - 10 June 2008 : 22:30:05 Hi How long does it take before they inform you if BRO/BRU is to be issued? Is it the OR decision based on their investigations or an input from the creditors can a play a role?

Posted - 10 June 2008 : 23:29:04 Thanks Vicki Luckly I was told immediately about the IPA after the interview, and at least for the time being will not cause my self a headache by waiting for the BRO decision and go with the flow. abd

"The OR ought to get back to you within a month following your interview with regard to an IPA or IPO. With regard to a BRU, you will be only informed of this if the OR decides that such action is warranted, and he/she must decide this before you are discharged from bankruptcy."
