Posted - 13 June 2008 : 07:08:16 I have finally decided to file bankruptcy and need to know where I stand on this am selp employed freelance courier driver and have small renault kangoo van at value of £3000 where do I stand as told not allowed to own a company what I dont really just I sub out to companies like tnt dhl ect to do same day work for them any advice reference this and the vehicle be greatfull as this is my only transport of income

I agree with Melanie. The OR cannot do anything that stops you from working, so your van should be safe.
