My son has a Tesco savings account that my mother pays money into for my son, who is seven. I am named on there so i can draw the money for things he needs. Can this account be kept?
As i'm self employed do i need to complete my Sa return for 07/08 before going BR?

Your son's account should be absolutely fine. Just make sure the OR is aware that it is your son's and not yours!
With regard to your returns, I would advise completing them as normal.
