Posted - 15 June 2008 : 01:00:35 hello I have entered into an iva with my husband, but been bankrupt before, our debt problem was and is due to my bad health etc not carelessness. will this be bad to do it again. it seems our only option. we have been told that we were missld our iva and should have been told to go bankrupt help!!!!!!please

Posted - 15 June 2008 : 10:37:51 Hi poc and welcome to the forum. Have you received a letter from the IVA Council or a similar company advising you that you were missold your IVA?
Are you happy with your IVA? If you are I would say continue with it. If not, speak to your IP before doing anything else.
