Forgive my sense of humour, I have sat and finished my SOA and now I have looked at Form 6.27 The Petition. and I must admit to be slightly worried as how to fill this in, all the legal jargon has gone over my head.

any giudes appreciated.

Hi Eamonn,

Best to list it all under income on the SOA.

Forgive me,

I thought you were talking about the SOA. In that case, you were right the first time (sorry, been a long day!).

yea I have listed it on the SOA

I just found the guide to form EX 160 Applcation for fee remission.

and it says that DLA is in the excluded benefit list. Not that I don't believe what you are saying just wondering what excluded meant in this case hahaha
JulianDonnelly Posted - 16 June 2008 : 15:45:13
Hi Gordo,

I'm afria dyou'll have to list everything as the OR will check. Better to list it and not need it than vica versa.

Just one more question I think and I am ready to go for it. I am filling in the Application for Fee remission for court fees.

I haven't been able to find anything to guide me as yet. But I seem to remember hearing or reading that Disability Living Allowence (DLA) is excluded and doesn't have to listed on the form in my income.

I get Incapacity benefit, middle rate care and the high rate mobility goes on the car from motorbility.

If I am right the only income I have to list is the incapacity benefit

The key is to take it one question at a time, otherwise it can be a bit overwhelming!

I must admit an initial readthrough of the 6.27 had me a little bewildered! I've got to get through the 6.28 yet.

Hi Gordo,

Not a problem ... always better to be sure!

Perhaps it was me beig a little put off by the terming, after completing my SOA it looked more dauting than it really is.

sorry to have bothered you with such a stupid question
JulianDonnelly Posted - 16 June 2008 : 11:56:29
Hi Gordo,

In this case, leave it blank or put "n/a".
