Posted - 17 June 2008 : 09:11:34 Just wondered if anyone had had any problems with Littlewoods. They rang my husband last week re his missed payment for this month and he explained that it was in the hands of the OR. They said something to him about his credit being protected so he could still use them and an address to send his cert to. They have since rung back 3 times each time I have told them he is unavailable. Can we expect phone calls like this? Dont want any credit so was quite amazed. surely this cant be right.
On another note I have my interview with the OR on 27th via phone. I didn’t get my letter the day my husband did so rang to query it and the man who rang back was so nice. He said not to worry about it and it was just a matter of ticking boxes and that nothing I could say he hadn’t heard before. Cant wait to get it over with.

Any debt with Littlewoods will be included and written off in BR. Any calls you receive like this should be referred over to the OR ... creditors (once aware of the BR) should NOT be calling you.
Best of luck with the OR meeting. My telephone interview only lasted 20 minutes!
