Posted - 19 June 2008 : 07:07:45 im thinking of going bankrupt.i have debts of up to £100,000 going back 20yrs.i dont own my own home,its rented fro a housing association.my wife and i have separated and all the debts have fallen on me as they are all but one in my name.i was told by one of my creditors i should go bankrupt.ive been paying to a debt management company £450 a month to pay my creditors.the problem is that i live with my sister and i want to get my own place which means i wont be able to afford the money to the creditors.i also need help with filling in the forms as im a bit dyslexic.can you point me in the right direction please.thanks
