Posted - 19 June 2008 : 12:14:32 First Thank you all for your help and advise
I went to slough court on tuesday interveiwed by a nice man at 09:15 checked my printout from the Online forms paid my money and at 09:50 went before the Judge who ask me if I had a job or a property and had I sought advise I said no no yes. He then said I was bankrupt.
I then talked to the OR on the phone who said that they would write to inform me as to date and time of interview. I was on my way home at 10:30.
I dont know how I feel it seemed so easy and I think it may be the calm beform the storm.
As my debt was caused by gambling, most of which I cannot prove so I am still looking into the unknown
But over first of many hurdles
Thank you again.

Posted - 19 June 2008 : 13:06:17 Congratulations Tolate01. I know what you mean its almost "ok is that it?" I felt the same when I went BR. It actually sunk in about 2 days later. I walking down the street and it suddenly hit me. I'm debt free. The OR call can be a bit daunting just make sure that you have all your paperwork in front of you to refer to. If you don't know an answer tell them and if it's something you can find out say that you will get back to them. Paul from Reviva gave me the advice to just read through your forms before the call and refamiliarise yourself with what you've written down. Make sure you have some water by the side of you and if you want to have a sip just tell them.
