Posted - 19 June 2008 : 15:55:14 I am going to court on 24th to petition for BR. I am guessing that a date for OR interview could well fall a couple of weeks after. I am booked on a training course from 7th to 11th July, if the OR gave me one of these dates for my interview can i tell them i am not available and look at alternatives dates? or will they tell me i have to be available. Training is costing my work a fair amount and they wouldn't be pleased if i couldn't attend.

Not to worry. The OR will phone you to book the appointment, so let them know the dates you're unavailable and it will be fine!
