Section 8.4 asks for details of anybody with an interest in your property. I keep entering my wife as having a matrimonial interest and save it accordingly. Next time i go in to my forms my wifes details have been removed which is baffling me. Any thoughts on how / why this information is disappearing? Also if this information is not on my form am i able to argue my wifes interest later on?

Also the forms themselves, i read that i need to complete two forms but on-line it gives only one form to fill in. Are both forms combined in this one on-line form?

Hi Hammy0107
Don't worry too much about anything missed of these forms. You will be going through them with the OR at interview anyway and any omissions can be put in then.
Not sure about the online forms, but I am assuming that one of them is the application and the other is the statement of affairs. They probably are all on the one form.
