Posted - 22 June 2008 : 21:22:52 In the bankruptcy forms it asks about members of household, the purpose of which is to find out if you support them or they support you. My daughter is declaring herself bankrupt, is on incacapacity benefit and staying with me at this time. As I am not financially resposible for her and she is not responsible for me I am inclined to leave this section blank, as it has no relevance to her financial situation I do not see why the OR should know anything about my finances. Is this correct?
