Do i get a copy of my SOA's back?
Am i supposed to sign and date every page? i.e 36 pages X 3?

Posted - 23 June 2008 : 19:37:31 Hi Hammy..if you go with the 3 copies one is given back to you after its stamped. I just signed the front of the SAO to confirm the information inside is correct to the best of my knowledge.hope this helps.
