My home has a mortgage on it and secured lending which is why I am able to keep it now that I am BR. (Negative Equity).

Once discharged how long will it be before I can apply for a new secured lending to refinance what I have to bring the payments down is this at all possible, will it get easier the longer I leave it.

You should be able to apply as soon as you are discharged, but whether you will be accepted for further advances will be down to the attitude of individual lenders.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
