We have finally completed filling the SOAs and cobbled together the fees for BR. Unfortunately, my partner has gone down with the flu and will therefore not be able to make it with me to the court tomorrow. The problem is that the SOAs have to go definitely tomorrow otherwise the stress and pressure will kill us. What I want to know is this - can I present my partner's SOA on her behalf? If not, then what do we do? Thanks in advance.

Your partner will have to attend court herself in order to petition for her bankruptcy. You cannot do it on her behalf unless you have power of attorney, and then the Judge would be likely to query why she cannot attend herself.
It may be worth finding that last ounce of energy and using it to get there.
